Wholemeal pasta with bulgarian sauce and asparagus.
- wholemeal pasta
- 1 onion
- 3 tomatoes
- spice čubrica, bulgarian mix of spices
- asparagus
- salt
- pepper
- basil
- 1 ssp of vinegar
Boil the saulty water for pasta and cook pasta until they get prepared. Prepare your special bulgarian sauce out of mashed tomatoes, chopped onion, salt, pepper, basil, vinegar and the most important, spice čubrica, which is awesome special spice mix out of the Balcan region! I recommend even to use this spice mix for your bread or salat or raw vegetable as flavour. First, fry slightly chopped onion, than add the rest of sauce ingredients and cook slightly for a while. In another pot, prepare your asparagus, by putting in a salty boiling water and boil for 10 or more minutes, until get´s softer. You can add a little of vegetable butter on the asparagus when it´s already on the plate and let it melt.
I recommend to add some raw vegetable on the plate, as I usually do it. But it is no need for you, if you don´t want to. I just like the look of it :) Enjoy!
Dreadlocks. Sometimes I miss them.

But only sometimes. Short hair is more comfortable at all.
Yep, three times. It is my favourite country and I think I am moving there. (Not the Georgia in US, but Georgia at Caucasus)
How tasty do these look? And super easy! Cut kiwis into slices, put on sticks, freeze, coat in chocolate, freeze again!
I can´t wait to try that!

If you ever come across to Caucasus, you should not miss this great bar in Tbilisi, capital of Georgia. Honestly, one of the best places I have ever visited. The best memories, best people and the owner of the bar ♥
Eggplant in Pakistan Style.
- 1 eggplant
- 1 ssp coconut
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp curry
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 onion
- 1 package of yogurt (I dropped out as I am vegan)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tsp of vinegar
- rice / 2 potatoes as side dish
Fry eggplant cut on slices at olive oil. If you eat potatoes as side dish, fry first potatoes and then add eggplant slices. Add dressing made by the rest of ingredient. Steam on mild heat untill you make the eggplant softer. If you eat rice as side dish, cook your rice separately and then add to your plate. Bon apetite :)
